What does the no-compete clause cover exactly?
While you're a client, we won't work with another business in your industry whose service area overlaps yours. If you're a solar company installing across the Phoenix metro, we won't take on another solar company that installs in the Phoenix metro. The same applies to moving companies and wedding vendors. Tell us your industry and service area before a call and we'll confirm whether your market is open.
How do I access my website assets and accounts?
We provide full administrator access to all accounts created during our partnership. This includes your website hosting, domain registration, content management system, and any digital marketing platforms. We'll document all access credentials and provide them to you.
If I terminate our contract, what happens to my website?
Your website and all associated assets remain yours. We'll provide a comprehensive handover to ensure you maintain uninterrupted service. We can also recommend third-party maintenance services if needed, and we're always open to future collaborations.
Is your market still open?
